在最近几年TWC(*注)命名冬季风暴也许用了类似的意图来引起人们的重视
你会问"那为啥我们不也命名ENSO事件?". 好问题!
从今年开始我建议我们开始命名它们.
由于我觉得我们应该有一个主题的名称，主题应该是动作片明星，
