许多同学在练习整合口说时，会觉得自己进入撞墙期，怎么练都无法进步。这时就要请各
位审视自己是否有看着笔记讲，以及笔记内容是否足以让我们看着它讲。以下方式分享给
各位
【选择一个自己不熟悉的整合题学科/话题，将每个题组练习5次】
由于每个人的听力程度不同，会建议大家先从"听写"练起，再进入第二阶段"看着笔记讲"
，同一个听力音档多听几次，每次都尝试尽可能记下S+V+O，强化自己简化句子的能力，
大约听写同一个音档三至五次，再进入到看着笔记讲的阶段。
看着笔记讲时，记得要确实使用自己的笔记，不要看着笔记放空讲，如果发现自己的笔记
内容无法使用，还是必须依靠记忆时，切记要回去审视自己第一步骤"听写"是否有确实练
习。看着讲一样，看着同一份“完整且优质”的笔记讲3-5次。这份你看着讲的笔记一定
要是你能力范围内记下相对好的笔记，如果是劣质笔记，也没记到什么SVO，那么练习的
结果不理想也是很正常的。
如果听写结果不理想，会建议各位每天花10-15分钟练习精听，再回到"听写"步骤，这样
练习才会有进步的成效。
