托福写作的准备技巧~
一) 准备托福写作
在时代刚开始补托福时我并没有很积极练写作，总以为只要字数写得比考试规定的多就能
有不错的分数，但看到第一次托福模考写作分数惨不忍睹只有十出头，我才觉醒要好好练
写作。
每个礼拜上完托福课会规定自己回家要写一篇作文，试着把老师在上课教到的技巧写进文
章里，下礼拜上课再把文章交给老师批改，老师会把我托福写作上的问题点出来然后纠正
我。
像我常常不小心自曝其短，想用一些难字跟进阶文法来让文章加分，但往往用字跟文章实
质内容不搭，有些字义似乎一样但却有些许差异，例如：defeat、conquer、subjugate这三个字都有战胜的意思，但defeat是
指在单一比赛中获胜；conquer指一连串比赛后获胜；subjugate包含前两个的意思又有统
治意味。不熟悉的字和文法最好不要用，用的不够精确就会画虎不成反类犬，老师说其
实托福文章只要写得简单明了有架构，让考官读起来顺畅也懂你要表达的想法就可以了。
二) 托福写作技巧
◎整合写作
三分钟读一篇短文，再听两分钟演讲，写作时间是20分钟。短文跟演讲的内容是对立的，
整合写作要去比较两者的对立论点。
我托福整合写作第一段会指出短文跟演讲的内容是对立的；第二到第四段会从三个面向或
论点来说明他们的内容是怎样对立的；第五段总结他们确实是对立关系。
我练习托福整合写作会套用补习班Anthony老师教的写作架构，平常练习和正式考我都用
这个架构去写，写起来都还满顺的，以下提供给大家参考：
The lecture talks about __________, which apparently refutes the points
illustrated in the passage. According to the passage, conversely, the
professor holds the view that __________.
First, the professor argues that __________, namely, __________. In other
words, __________; nevertheless, this idea directly contradicts what the
passage indicates that is __________.
The second point the professor uses to cast doubt on the passage is that
__________. However, the passage states that __________, which is in sharp
contrasts to the lecture. It is that as a matter of fact, according to the
lecture, __________. So there lies another part where experience contradicts
theory (assumption).
Another evidence the lecturer adopts to refute the passage is __________,
differing from the statement of the passage.
In summary, scarcely at all the professor agrees with what is presented in
the passage. He claims that __________, whereas the reading materials make
point that __________.
◎独立写作
给定一个题目就开始写作，写作时间是30分钟，在文章里有力阐述自己的立场和原因是关
键。
托福独立写作的题型主要分两种：二分型和单论型。二分型是提出一个含有对立立场的问
题，然后要你选边站去讨论。单论型是提出一个议题，然后要你直接讨论。
我托福独立写作第一段会陈述我的观点，选择立场；第二到第四段会分别提出三个面向来
支持我的观点；第五段总结三面向再重申我的观点。
我的托福独立写作架构之一提供给大家参考：
Some people believe that __________. (背景陈述)However, I agree or disagree
with this statement because of __________, __________, and __________. (提出三
面向)
First of all, __________. (面向一，段落主题句)For example, __________. (例证
)Meanwhile, __________. Therefore, __________. (小结)
In addition, __________. (面向二，段落主题句)For instance, __________. (例证
)Hence, __________. (小结)
Last but not least, __________. (面相三，段落主题句)__________ as an example.
(例证)As a result, __________. (小结)
In conclusion, because of __________, __________, and __________, I am of the
opinion that __________. (总结)
有了不错的托福写作架构，同时内文也要有好的词句去支撑才行，所以我平常还会多看托
福写作范文去学习，不论是补习班老师补充的，还是我自己在网络上找的。除了看托福写
