有台老笔电是06年出的华硕M9J，硬盘只能接IDE，BIOS也没有AHCI选项
想把硬盘改成SSD，已经准备买msata转IDE接头来装，
目前已经筛选到剩两个选择，
一个就是爬文大家都说SSD装XP唯一选择的Intel 530 msata 120GB
网络上目前还买的到，他有专用的toolbox可以定时做TRIM
另一个就是美光的MX200 250GB，有看到M01有网友贴了一段描述

想请问各位前辈，这是意味着如果用MX200装了XP，也可以不用管TRIM的问题了吗？
还是仍然需要安装第三方软件定期做TRIM？
