Our record shows that the drive LAGTXXXX was shipped to Taiwan distributor
Weikeng on 2-Sep-2014, warranty of this drive expires on 2-Sep-2017.
By default the warranty of a drive starts when the drive is sold and shipped
to the authorised distributor.
If you have a purchase invoice (Proof Of Purchase) that shows you purchased
the drive at a reasonable later date, we can use the invoice date +
warranty period to grant you a warranty replacement claim when you want to
claim warranty replacement for an out-of-warranty drive.
You do not need to provide us the purchase invoice now, it is only required
when you want to claim warranty replacement for a defective drive that is
out of warranty.
Please keep your purchase invoice in good condition, and/or keep a scan copy
for your own record.
我们的系统使用硬盘出售并出货至授权经销商的日期来计算保修期。
如果终端用户拥有购买发票证明用户是在硬盘出货后六,九个月内购买的硬盘,那么我们可以使用发票日期+保修期来提供保修服务。
你不需要现在提供购买发票,购买发票是在当你想保修一个过保硬盘时才需要。
请保管您的购买凭证,或保留一个扫描副本为自己的纪录。
