各位版友好,我是上次越南版GTAV事件的其中一位买家。
事情的后续是,买家透过向客服申诉,将GTAV回复成礼物,
再将礼物送还给卖家。
就我透过卖家得到的讯息是,有3位买家已经成功回复成礼物并送还给卖家。
但我向客服申诉时,得到的都是制式回应,回应如下 :
Steam game subscriptions, CD keys, and redeemed gifts are non-transferable
and cannot be reset or moved between Steam accounts.
We will be unable to transfer games or items between accounts. In order to
play a game, you must be logged in to the account on which that game was
originally activated or purchased.
Similarly, Steam Support cannot move in-game items between accounts, and
Steam accounts cannot be merged.
已经申诉两次,两次都是同样回应。现在已经不知道该如何处理了....
所以现在想请比较了解steam条规的版友帮帮忙,为啥别人就可以申诉成功,
小弟就一直被鬼打墙 = =。
