Job Purpose:
Build and maintain the back-end of our web applications, which includes scalin
g up our RESTful API, optimizing the response time of the API and the propriet
ary algorithm, and creating a new product that will integrate with existing pl
atform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire application life cycle
- Write clean code to develop functional web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Write tests to optimize the stability or our applications
- Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements wi
th server side logic
- Gather and address technical and design requirements
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify ne
w features
- Follow emerging technologies
