潜水许久，受益良多，没想到有一天换我有机会上来发问。
小弟有一些关于日本公司选择的疑问，以及选择日本或者新加坡，需要一点建议
有po在其他版，po在这版主要想问工作内容的部分：
关于工作内容（下面一段），我觉得我好像还是有点模糊，希望能借助前辈们的专业<(_ _)>
我看起来是需要做一些data analysis的工作，然后要会用amazon machine learning，
Azure Machine Learning Studio，GCP prediction API这些工具，不用真的像做AI那样
去做很深入的ML DL。如果错或是认识不足的地方，再麻烦前辈了。
也想请问就目前所看的工作内容，这样的发展性高吗？虽然挂名为consultant，但也可能实际上是作后端
operation的工作或者就是工程师。

小弟在新加坡目前化工硕一升硕二，几个月前学校有猎头来找人去日本工作，会说一点日
文的关系，拿到6个面试机会，猎头公司希望我能针对这6间公司给一个排名，如有拿到
offer，则会依顺序配对，所以希望有一些建议，能排出对自己最有利的排名（待遇上，
及发展性上）。

第一间公司sigmaxyz是目前还算蛮想去的，理由如下
顾问业，虽非MBB等大公司，但能有机会进去依照相似的系统培训学习这点，蛮吸引我的
之中月薪算高
领域目前火红（ML DL)
待遇： 初年度年俸基准额480万円 （月额40万円 且已包含Bonus)， 通勤交通费支给，
无寮
完全周休2日制（土・日)、祝日、年末年始、年次有给休暇（初年度15日）、プロジェ
クト休暇（5, 10日）、アニバーサリー休暇（1日）、庆吊休暇等
工作内容：

#关于这间公司，由于成立仅10年，虽为三菱在科技以及joint venture，incubation方面
面向的子公司，在台湾或者glassdoor上能找到的资讯几乎没有，如有前辈有任何相关资
讯的话，希望能分享。

关于待遇有一些问题想请教：
虽说还没拿到offer，但蛮不确定sigmaxyz这公司开的这个待遇是否真的值得为此往日本发展，理由如下
这个待遇乍看下还不错，不过比较其他2-6名的offer：月薪23W * 12 + 单身寮（等于省
下租金7W * 12） + 分红月薪23W * 大部分皆为5个月 = 475W，这样算下来好像都差不多
了...主要差别我看就在租屋了，根据ptt板友分享，东京地区租屋应该7万可以，请问
这个数字有太少吗？如果7万是低估了，那可能选sigmaxyz可能还比较难存钱...
请问待遇所说的交通费补给，是真的正常公司都会给吗？还是象征性给的2000日币那样而
已？

（本身学化工，作process design以及surrogate
optimization的应用，履历表上技能写了python，对于为何这间公司为何会找上我依旧一
头雾水，可能因为是consultant的工作，更重视人格及逻辑？）

最后是关于职涯发展上，新加坡以及日本两地的选择
这里会有犹豫主要是因为耳闻日本的职场环境不太健康，但理工科在新加坡要很有发展我
也是打个问号，要转sales等短期内语言还无法跟本地人竞争。希望能有板友指正上面我
认知有错的地方，或者提供更丰富的意见。
薪水 日本高：新加坡毕业如非金融，基本上月薪台币77000左右，bonus好像基本上都是2
个月
物价 新加坡便宜： 新加坡还可以吃food court压到台币120，不像日本外食必定台币
200up，坡租房single room大概台币17000
以下为其他公司的待遇，比起来似乎回台湾科技业还比较好生活？
