因为ASE不是啥小公司, 标准台商一个, 一定有钱请外面. 再来这职缺是标准104/1111
真要找根本也不对族群, 但为什么JD长这样, 极高机率又是东抄西抄来的一份
毕竟也确实要做那些东西, 也没唬烂你, 这在数字银行是常发生的
比较大的问题就是写成这样, 会让一些没经历过的但有概念的人, 会出现回文与推文里面
的想像, 对这份文字的想像没错, 但需要配合是在什么公司文化里, 我敢说极可能想高了
但这种方法有一个好处就是借由这些方式还是可以吸到一堆平均水准以上的人才, 最后
挑一个比较和他们文化口味的, 为何写英文? 因为这些玩意儿就是西方文化, 所以可能
不用想像里面是一堆MBB或IB高手, 或是啥高阶的位置
反而可能是一个强势, 但符合他们文化需求的主管带着你们做routine的事, 服务管理层
然后工作范围广义上符合这份JD的描述
至于人脉还有$? 我认为po 104/1111就可以找到这种金字塔顶人才的话, 人资应该也疯了
ASE管理层自然背后有其方式去运作资金, 找钱, 还有产业策略的决定, 而这样的团队
极高机率就是服务他们或其家族股东的内部需求
