薪资在台币近120万-280万间 公司包五险一金（雇主额外负担薪资的30-40%）当然只举一个例子不是很代表全部情况 只能当参考看看 产业不同薪资也是差很多的
其实只要有能力在中国领的薪资 不会比日本欧洲差 如果是中高阶管理人才甚至不低于美国（但生活品质大输）
而中国国家法令对劳工的保障 如果是在守法的企业工作其实也不会比先进国家差太多
但是中国比较差的生活环境跟人民素质的高低差距大 则是必须妥协的地方 如果在台湾有个不错收入的工作其实还是在台湾生活舒适太多了
