工程业及科技业办公室建法:
小型办公室类的Creative Offices中的Graphic Designers
中型办公室类的 Creative and Technical Office中的两项
Drafting Studio及Architectural Practice都是
以上两种建的够多就能解锁工程及科技业
楼梯:4x1
电梯:3x1(只能从一楼开始、中间不能中断)
管道间:1x1(电力、电视、电话整合为一个,自来水及瓦斯整合为一个)
变电箱、水表、瓦斯表、电话交换机、电视讯号箱
10单位:2x1
50单位:3x1
150单位:4x1
(只能建在地下,第下一层是管道层,若是往其他楼层移动要用管道间
没有距离问题,可以将装置集中在其中一栋建物中)

科技业的产生方法,可以确定办公室类型直接相关高等级的办公室产出
Of the Small Creative Offices, Graphic Designers count as technical but
Talent Agents don't.
Of the Medium Offices, both the Drafting and Architectural count.
Of the Large Offices, Engineering and Tech count, so that once you have some
Large offices built, you could evict some of the Small and Medium tenants.
I'm not sure if it matters whether the Tech office is a Finance Start-up,
Media Start-up or Biotech Start-Up.
If the target number is, as others have said 15, then it seems that the
contributions are Small 0.5 and Medium 1.
The Large seem to count for 2 (4 if the Tech HQ doesn't count for anything).

其实我们比较想知道各种单位的搭配互动,而不是这种数据例如水电供应装置和配电盘本身不需要拉线,这就很重要另外还有高效率的楼面布局方式,这些更值得分享这款大楼允许子母楼这种分栋规划,有没有分栋的优缺分享?另外就是,因为各租间的后勤要求很多,一不小心就一堆迁出,租户迁出的收益损失不说,还留下垃圾要建筑工收拾关键扩张时刻往往就是这样喷钱 + 人力调度不及而崩盘那个电梯的设定,支援范围小、又不能扩增梯厢,明显是不同思维设备。当然可以打造电梯井比模拟大楼密集的建筑但是他跟楼梯的搭配就很怪,似乎也没有转搭的效益我觉得布局还是完整为主,因为距离电梯过远而不满的房间只要调降房租就好,如此还是留得下住户,比留白更效益我仔细看一下......你的布局中,运输是电梯+楼梯+管道这样是把楼梯当成电梯失火的备用?还是把楼梯当施工梯?管道配电间盖了三份,看起来是为了分栋做准备?对,这里必须探讨一下:异味和噪音,究竟是靠楼梯就能隔还是距离要拉很开?或是根本要分栋或分层才行?我存两个档,分不太清楚商办区和住宅区要分栋或分层好美食或商店区是确定要同层不分栋比较有效率另外那个建筑工办公室不能拆迁,真的很烦心 一.一或许由左而右:商办购物混合、高阶办公百货、住宅公寓这样三子大楼,中间用空桥连节,会比较有效率....不过大拆迁意味着财务大失血...

分层就OK了吧 商办有些种类不怕噪音异味的可以当缓冲区差不多2-3层左右就能有效隔绝 住宅几乎都偏好高楼层所以差不多就由下至上美食->商场->办公室->住宅
