小的目前为美专新手
目前收到人生第一份advisory action(以下称AA)
想请教版上各位先进
状况如下：
1. 在AA第一页第一行有写"The reply filed......fails to place this applicatio
n in condition of allowance."
2. 在Amendment(s)标题下，勾选以下选项：
"For purpose of appeal, the proposed amendment: (b)will be entered, ......
3. 在Request for reconsideration/other标题下，勾选以下选项：
"the request for reconsideration has been considered but does not place
the application in condition for allowance"
看到这边，我以为是审委不会考虑核准此案，除非我为了提appeal做相对应修正
但在看到下面，Status od claims标题下，在claim(s) allowed的部分又表示
此案请求项1-15(即目前修正后的全部请求项)都是allowed
并且在下一页写说：
"Applicants' amendments overcome the previous rejections. However, the
specification needs to be amended in a similar manner. ......(以下略)"
想请问的是，
审委的意思是，如果我对说明书内容作修正后，
此案便可获准？
或是此次修正后仍需要提appeal(或RCE、延续案..)？
另外，此份AA是在FOA后的3个月内收到，但已接近FOA的指定期限(只剩四天就到期了><)
如果来不及针对此份AA作回应，是否需要提petition延期？
或是之后提出amendment并缴延期费就好？
针对延期的petetion是否有专用的form呢？
