You're right about the performance benchmarks. The tier 1's can build a tank,
but not always a high performance tank. Corsair is always sending out PRD's
to the likes of Delta, Chicony, Acbel, etc., but they can never promise the
tight voltage regulation, low ripple, etc. that is laid out in the PRD.
