Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment
- Japanese and English skill as work proficiency is essential
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills with a customer service focus
- Currently live and eligible to work in Japan
