简介：
韩国金九基金会致力于推动韩国与东亚各国的学术交流与文化活动，基金会的成立是为了
纪念大韩民国临时政府主席金九先生（1876-1949），金九先生一生追求大韩民国的独立
与自由，最终遭暗杀。后朴正熙政府追尊其为韩国的国父。
105年金九基金会向本校捐赠了200万美元，本院亦在此经费的支持下成立了亚洲社会比较
研究中心，积极推动本校亚洲比较研究的发展，并引荐多位国际重要亚洲研究学者至台大
讲学。在金九基金会的经费挹注下，本院东亚研究的能量得以增长与茁壮。
107年10月17日下午，台湾大学社会科学院与金九基金会将共同举办金九纪念摄影展的开
幕典礼，并邀请首尔金信论坛研究员Dr. Suh Sang Mun讲述金九先生与金信先生两代的历
史、政治大学外交系李明教授则将回顾金九先生推动韩国独立运动时期的台韩关系。
本院诚挚邀请各位共同参与这场盛会，典礼将于下午两点半开始，四点则为专题演讲（演
讲以韩语及中文进行，备有同步口译），并于五点二十以交流茶会划下圆满句点。

ial Photo Exhibition Opening Ceremony and South Korea-Taiwan Relationship: the
History and the Future Forum” jointly hosted with the Kim Koo Foundation in
Korea, to take place on the afternoon of October 17, 2018. The forum will be h
eld in Chinese and Korean via simultaneous interpretation.
The Kim Koo Foundation is a major sponsor of educational and cultural activiti
es in Korea and abroad. With a view toward honoring Kim Koo (1876-1949), the l
ast Premier of the Korean Provisional Government, and other Korean freedom fig
hters during the Japanese colonial era, Dr. Kim Ho Youn, former Chairman and C
EO of Binggrae Co. Ltd., established the Kim Koo Foundation on December 29, 19
93.
In 2016, Kim Koo Foundation made a generous donation of $2,000,000USD to Natio
nal Taiwan University. With this funding, NTU has been able to establish Globa
l Asia Research Center (GARC). GARC focuses on promoting Asian comparative res
earch at NTU and has hosted a number of important international research schol
ars from within Asia at NTU. Under the funding of the Kim Koo Foundation, the
energy of East Asia research at the College of Social Science has grown and t
hrived.
On the afternoon of October 17, 2018, College of Social Science, NTU and the K
im Koo Foundation will jointly hold the opening ceremony of the Kim Koo Memori
al Photo Exhibition, to be followed by South Korea-Taiwan Relationship: The Hi
story and its Future Forum, during which the researcher of Kim Koo Forum Seoul
Dr. Suh Sang Mun will give us a keynote address about the history of Kim Koo
and Kim Shin. Prof. Ming Lee from Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi U
niversity will likewise review the relationship between Taiwan and South Korea
during the Korean Independence Movement.
The ceremony will start at 2:30 in the afternoon and the forum will be held at
4:00. Refreshments and drinks will be provided at the conclusion of the event
. All interested are welcome to attend.
