1. (25%) In the following amplifer, assuming Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q6 and Q7 have
gm = 10 mA/V and ro = 10kΩ and Rc = 100kΩ.
(a) Find the low-frequency small-signal gain (Vo/Vid)
(b) Assuming all the parasitic capacitances are negelectable as com-
paring with Cc, design the value of Cc to make the dominant pole
of this amplifier be at 200 Hz (i.e. wp = 1.26 × 10^3 rad/s).

2. (25%) (a) Find the transfer function Vo/Vi, in terms of s, R and C of the
following filter.
(b) Using R = 1kΩ and C = 1nF, find the center frequency and 3dB
bandwidth.
