4. Please describe the structure features of the major secondary structure of
proteins.
5. Please discuss the principles of protein evolution and the formation of
protein domains, based on both the chemistry and biology aspects. And
discuss how the identification of protein domains is related to the
functional studies of protein.
6. Based on the literature PS1701 provided in Ceiba, please describe at least
three protein folds in terms of their structure and function.
(For example, acetylcholine esterase fold, immunoglobulin fold, alpha/beta
hydrolase fold etc)
