分享澳客我的经验,上个月剑盾DLC出的当天,我就迫不及待跑去刷了DLC
才发现买错版本...,也爬了版上几个退款的文章,但似乎澳洲的游戏规则不同。
试过到美国的线上文字客服→等超久,给他资讯后他马上退出对话叫我去找当地服务
后来打给美国skype客服→也是讲了一下核对资料,他请我等等他需要请示,得到答案一样
后来不抱希望的寄信到澳洲官网留言https://www.nintendo.com.au/contact
资料跟上一篇相同,留越详细越好。
因为我是买错版本,所以我有跟他描述我双版本都买了,但想退其中一个,
nintendo暱称、机身号码跟信用卡后几码也顺便提供。
送出后得到这个回信:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Nintendo Australia.
Your enquiry will be allocated to one of our team members. We will contact
you in the next five to ten business days between 9am to 5pm AEST.
Please note that should we respond by phone; the call will be from a ‘Private
’ number.
Kind Regards,
Nintendo Customer Service
原本不抱任何希望,结果很快地在隔天得到回复:
Hi,
Nintendo Customer Service commented:
Hello,
Thank you for your submission.
I have authorised and organised a credit of the transaction. Please be aware
it may take up to five business days for these funds to be added to your
eShop balance.
Your enquiry has now been closed - please do not respond to this ticket.
Any further correspondence will need to be submitted as a new request.

大概不到一周,就退款成点数到我的澳洲nintendo帐户(不是刷退)

抱歉我不小心按到送出,正在补文章补充一下:美任的真人客服服务态度很好他还帮我要到澳洲客服的电话(基本上网络上找不到)但后来我透过线上填单就成功退了记得选这个Account Enquiry 然后描述你的问题

感谢分享!我昨天也有用澳洲官网的留言说明过我的问题,然后也有说明希望能用email来往而不是打电话,不过目前还没有回复
