Draymond Green responds to Austin Rivers over Steve Kerr comments

Draymond Green’s comments that Steve Kerr had “hindered” his growth as a
basketball player have received significant pushback. Of the people who have
blasted Green for his comments, the Golden State Warriors star took exception
to Austin Rivers’ comments.
Rivers blasted Green during his appearance on The Dan Patrick Show and called
Green’s comments “ridiculous.” Days later, Green took a personal shot at
the former NBA player and roasted his NBA career.
“I’m still with my first team,” Green said on his ‘The Draymond Green Show
.’ “He was gone from his first team in two years…. The guy received the
biggest bailout in U.S. history prior to President Trump and bailing out the
airlines. Austin Rivers received the biggest bailout in NBA history when his
dad gave him $42M.”
Rivers played 11 years in the NBA, and the most stable team he found for
himself was the LA Clippers. It was also when his father, Doc Rivers, was the
head coach of the Clippers.
In July 2016, Rivers signed a three-year, $35.5 million contract with the team
, the biggest contract he had ever signed in his career.
