补充说明，球员签约权时限有分好几种
根据薪资权威Larry Coon第49问

球员签约权的时间限制分成四种，王哲林属于第一种，目前在NBA以外的职业联盟打球
If the player is already under contract to, or signs a contract with a non-NBA team, the drafting team retains the player's draft rights for one year after the player's obligation to the non-NBA team ends
也就是湖人直到王哲林合约结束后一年内都有他的签约权。至于要不要签就是另一回事了
