PHOENIX, Arizona—The Phoenix Suns have agreed to a two-year contract with Bra
zilian guard Leandro Barbosa to return to the franchise, according to a person
with knowledge of the situation.

The deal is for $4 million each year with $500,000 guaranteed for the second y
ear, according to the person, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition o
f anonymity Wednesday because the deal had not been officially announced.

The 33-year-old Brazilian spent his first seven NBA seasons with Phoenix and w
