但是如果您说的是FIBA规则的话 就只说对了一半
FIBA 2014 RULES
17.3.2 During the throw-in other player(s) shall not:
o Have any part of their bodies over the boundary line before
the ball has been thrown-in across the boundary line.
o Be closer than 1 m to the player taking the throw-in when the throw-in
place has less than 2 m distance between the boundary line and any
out-of-bounds obstructions.
当发球员发球时 在边线外的空间不足两米时 防守者必须离发球者超过一米
也就是说如果发球员身后有超过两米的空间 防守者是绝对可以紧贴的边线的
