Three people shot blocks away from Warriors parade

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — Three people have been shot five blocks from the NBA
championship celebration for the Golden State Warriors in Oakland.

Police say they received a call shortly after noon and found three victims
with gunshot wounds.

released. A motive wasn’t clear.

The Oakland Tribune reports that witnesses told police the gunman ran away.
The newspaper says three ambulances were called to the scene.
