我用 iPhone 4S 的APP 直接购买 NBA League Pass
并没有可以输入 code 的地方，就直接购买成功了...
我用了我极破的英文寄了封 mail 以后得到以下回应

device, you will need to either contact the Apple iTunes store or Google Play
store depending on which device you purchased the subscription through. If
