评估台湾对实施军事战略的承诺，此战略将威慑并在必要时击败中华人民共和国的军事侵略

B：评估台湾军队内取得和使用反干预能力的努力

“整体防卫构想”和“不对称战力”在修订版中都被换掉了
B项条列的能力没更动，如下：
