: 如果是同一个球团开约给续约者或仲裁，薪资不得低于前一年的80%或是前两年的70%
: 像King这种符合签过肥大长约又单一球队的，脑子里面也没有太多人
: 只有想到Jeter队长，查了一下他的约
: 2010跟NYY谈约，最后拿到AAV是14~17M，那2010年前的AAV大概是18.9M
: 不违反上述的规定，在球员生涯末期还是拿了个好看的合约风光退休
: 反观King这个案例，在我水的最后合约AAV是25M
: 就算可以用60%去签，一年也还要15M
: 以他近三年投球的成绩，根本不可能用这个钱把这个中二病的签回来啊

第一句话"In tenderng a contract to a player"很关键
根据官网描述的定义http://m.mlb.com/glossary/transactions/contract-tendered
To "tender" a contract to a player is to agree to give a contract for the
upcoming season to a player who is under club control.
tender就是所谓的"换约"，是针对和球团还有合约关系的球员，即未取得FA资格的球员
King Felix是自由球员，2019球季结束后便和水手没有合约关系
就我的理解，这个减薪规定应该和他没有任何关系
举个例子，Brett Gardner 2015~2018和洋基有4年5200万的合约
17、18年薪水分别是1250万和1150万，之后洋基不执行19年1250万的执行权
以2M买断使其成为自由球员，之后再以一年750万签回
750也不符和前一年(1150)的80% 或 再前一年(1250)的70%
所以我推论这个Maximum Salary Reduction应该和FA球员无关
