我们 Program 的三大特色：
1. UT作为美国南方的旗舰大学，拥有丰富的资源和校友网络，与业界有着紧密
的连结，是各大公司招募的重点学校。MBA 每年录取约 250 名学生，第一个学期采
cohort 制，让同学之间的关系更加紧密。
2. 德州的低生活成本和 UT相对合理的学费，使 McCombs 在 TOP 20 MBA Prog
ram 中拥有很高的性价比。我们也是少数敢于在就业报告中分开 U.S. Citizen /
Permanent Resident 和 Foreign National 薪资数据的学校。毕业生的就
业分布以科技业、管顾、金融为大宗，历年来大约各占20% 不等。附上最新Class

3. Austin作为德州的首府及科技重镇，不仅生活品质高，就业机会
也非常丰富。结合独特的德州的风情与蓬勃的科技产业，Austin拥有 Silico
n Hill 之称，已连续多年被评为全美最宜居城市之一。除了原本总部就在Aus
tin的 Dell、Indeed、Whole Foods、CrowdStrike之外 ，像是Google 、 App
le、Microsoft、AMD、Adobe …etc在这边也有大型区域办公室并持
续扩展当地团队，近年Oracle 、Tesla 更将总部从硅谷搬到了 Austi
n。除了科技巨头，这里的新创氛围也很热络，新创公司如 Bumble 和户外
用品潮牌Yeti 的总部选择插旗Austin，每年秋季的F1一级方程式赛事和春
季的 SXSW 更是全美重要的体育、音乐、文化盛会。
