2. 言内性（locutionary acts) 中的expressed & implied 跟 literal & non literal

例题1
A congratulations card depicts a baby and the words "Your baby boy has arrived
."
答案是
non-explicit/ indirect/ expressed/ literal
请问为什么是indirect（间接）而不是direct（直接） 而且是expressed而不是implied
呢？
例题2
In the movie Honky Tonk Man, Mooney tries to get Red to give her his sandwich
by saying, "if you're not gonna eat this [sandwich], I can finish it for you.
