航班异动我2/19打电话要求退成旅游券,
2月19日到现在己经三个月了,都还没有收到券
今天打给客服,居然回我说,还要五到六个星期
告知客服朋友在4/11就收到了,客服居然回我,只能继续等下去
请问有人跟我同样情况吗?
原本预计收到券要订下半年去东京机票
现在看到有特价,完全无法购买,无法规划下半年旅行。
有什么好建议方式解决,打到消基会有用吗?

: date at no charge (i.e. if you were originally booked on a Friday flight, we’

: itinerary by retrieving your booking via our "Manage My Booking' facility at

: Should the new arrangement not be acceptable, please contact our call centre
