[问题] Amazon被盗刷,停掉信用卡后被要求换卡付

第一次被盗刷,是在Amazon.com
现在遇到一个状况想请益(也怕是我英文太差看错意思)
我Amazon帐户里是有绑信用卡的,
在收到$150镁的gift card订单后,
就马上向银行申请停卡补发。
接着也用线上聊天跟Amazon客服说明是盗刷,
但隔天只收到一封信叫我打电话去account部门,
因为本人英文听跟说都不行就放弃了…
想说等银行处理。
然而过几天后,就在刚刚收到Amazon的信如下,
大意好像是要我换张信用卡去付那$150?
这样我不就等于还是要付这$150了吗?
看起来台新也没帮我付出那$150…
我以为列争议款是银行吸收,结果原来银行连付都不付吗?
(刚也确认台新卡得利里已经有冲销并注明调查中的款项)
不太清楚现在该如何处理,不知道版友有什么经验或建议吗,谢谢
(我的Amazon帐号还有一堆余额啊orz)
