请问一下这样是正常的吗?
在英国亚马逊8/3有网购商品，8/6就收到i-parcel要补身分证ID的信，
当时也第一时间就网页回复，但8/8，8/9，8/10又连寄了三封同样的信，
标题：IMPORTANT: Additional information is required
同样点选连结网页都是显示，无法再加任何内容：

到亚马逊网页只查到以下讯息
