[问题] 已回复身分证ID但i-parcel还一直寄信

请问一下这样是正常的吗?
在英国亚马逊8/3有网购商品,8/6就收到i-parcel要补身分证ID的信,
当时也第一时间就网页回复,但8/8,8/9,8/10又连寄了三封同样的信,
标题:IMPORTANT: Additional information is required
同样点选连结网页都是显示,无法再加任何内容:
Thank you! Your missing information has been collected for AEI*****单号
到亚马逊网页只查到以下讯息
Delivery By i-parcel
Tracking ID: AE**************65
Wednesday, 7 August
