想请教一个问题
前阵子的ASOS双11我购入了一件皮衣，结果寄来尺寸不合，我查了一下资料大多都使用SK
YNET所以我
1. 11/30 先写信给ASOS客服
2. 12/01申请SKYNET并线上刷运费US$15
3. 12/02客服回信请请依照网站上的返还方式退货
4. 我查了只有邮寄但是已经刷了运费
(补充：官网显示的退货方式

5. 12/02 再次询问a.寄回运费ASOS是否会负担 b.是否可透过SKYNET
6. 12/03下午 SKYNET来收件
7. 12/03 晚上客服再次回复我只能透过邮局
内容如下“As stated on our website you can only return from Taiwan through you
r local post office and not through SkyNet.
Concerning your return costs just get back in touch with a receipt showing the
date and price of the return clearly. ”
8. 晚间我又私讯了脸书客服询问“是否可透过SKYNET”得到一样的答案“只能透过邮局
”
不知道有没有前辈碰到相同状况...现在不知道怎么办，因为货已经被收走了..

中间来回讨论了数次，包括客服询问SKYNET是否有提到他们无法送回ASOS仓库？、ASOS网
页提到只能用邮局的问题等，再提供proof of postage （我提供PAYPAL刷卡信）跟SKYNE
T的收货时间后，他们改回复如下
“As long as you have proof of postage you can return your items to us using w
hatever service you prefer.”
