我12/4在ASOS买了只手表，但始终没收到，上次简单的再FB询问。
他们回说:别的地区邮政有延误，叫我等到1/27。
到了今天我也还是没收到，我又在FB询问，但它们好像鬼打墙，我只要退款或者重寄，
有大大可以教我该怎么写他们才愿意退款或重寄吗??
