关于电影节 About the Festival/
interfilm成立于1982年，是世界最重要最大的短片电影节之一。 从每年收到的7000多短
片电影（每影片长度不超过20分钟），interfilm会选取大概500部电影，分成不同的主题
。影节的竞赛专案包括国际影片竞赛、德国影片竞赛、纪录片竞赛、少年儿童影片竞赛、
环境保护影片竞赛等等。每年一个不同的国家会作为影节的特殊节目重点。此外，节目重
点也包括动画片、音乐片、广告片、实验片、历史片和影片回顾。Interfilm Forum给电
影导演和制片人提供认识行业人以及商定合作计画的机会。每年的短片电影节都有600多
位来自50多个国家的行业嘉宾。除21000多名现场观众之外，还有几万网络观众。
Established in 1982, interfilm has established itself as one of the most
important short film festivals in Europe. It is the second oldest German
short film festival (after Oberhausen), and is recognised as the second most
significant and oldest international film festival in Berlin after the
Berlinale. More than 7000 films with a maximum running time of 20 minutes are
submitted each year. Of those, approximately 500 films are selected and
organised into different thematic programs. These include; international,
German, animation, documentary and children’s films. 'Focus On' highlights
productions from specific countries or regions. Beyond that there are also
special sections devoted to areas such as music videos, commercials,
experimental films, historical films and retrospectives.

关于电影节主席 About the Festival Director/
Heinz Hermanns 海因茨・赫曼斯
海因茨・赫曼斯出生于德国杜伊斯堡。曾在德国柏林与意大利乌尔比诺攻读政治。1981年
他创立了柏林Eiszeit电影院。1986年他主办了柏林国际纪录片电影节。从1982年开始，
他指导柏林interfilm短片电影节和短片电影发行公司。从1990到1996年赫曼斯为意大利
卡塔尼亚Pollicino短片电影节联合主办人。2001年他创立了柏林Going Underground地铁
短片电影节，也合创了柏林Zebra诗歌短片电影节。从2010到2014他为中国深圳广播电影
电视集团举行的中国国际新媒体短片节担任节目与国际关系顾问及国际嘉宾协调人。2014
年他创建与主办了中国宁波Short Visions短片电影竞赛。赫曼斯和世界各地的短片电影
节合作，为许多国际影节担任评奖委员。他每年在马达加斯加的安塔那那利佛
Rencontres du Film Court短片电影节以及台湾台南39小时拍片竞赛期间举办短片艺术讲
座。他还邀请该两影节的获奖者到德国的柏林电影院学习。赫曼斯是AG Kurz Film这个代
表德国短片机构的创始成员，也是Green Film Network的创始成员，后者是国际电影节组
织的一个关注环境保护的机构。赫曼斯有制片人与导演的经验。除短片电影之外，他为
ZDF（德国电视二台）拍了一部长片。
