新西兰卫生部长David Clark由于执意驱车20公里前往海滩度假，
而在今日递交辞呈下台以示负责，他的行为已违反纽国政府发布的*四级封禁令(注一)，
不过纽国总理Jacinda Ardern表示不会把Clark踢出团队，顶多给予降职处分，
因为现在是"非常时期"，急需要经验人士来指挥防疫。
至于Clark表示"极度后悔"，并且在接受访问时称自己是"白痴、傻屌、笨蛋"等词语，
同时也对全体纽国人表达"最深度歉意"(注二)。
