The only influences you can have as a manager is the number of scouts and
what type of player you want to scout. The more scouts, the bigger the chance
you find a player whose potential you may like.
It doesn't take anything else into account and is completely random. So what
time you pull, which region etcetera, does not matter.
玩家唯一能做的，是提升球探数量、以及搜索球员类型，越多球探、越有可能抽到好物。
除此之外是完全随机、包括抽娃时间点、区域等等。
