happen. Now we’re giving them billions of dollars to build new chips in our
country, and then they’re going to take that too, in other words, they’ll
build it but then they’ll bring it back to their country.

他认为即使芯片法案美国花好几十亿美金请台湾去美国设厂
但最后成果(钱?)还是回到台湾
所以即使台厂在美国设厂了 还是没用 换言之川普只相信美国本土企业?
