Your request was one of 39 requests received from WhatDoTheyKnow
within a two week period from 7th August 2020 relating to President Tsai and
her thesis. This was on top of 747 spam emails about the same subject sent
in four days from 4th August 2020.

As such, we consider your request to be vexatious under Section 14(1) of the
Freedom of Information Act for being part of the burden caused by all of those
emails in such a short time period. We have responded to questions relating to
President Tsai’s thesis via the School’s website and via previous Freedom
of Information requests and those answers are not going to change.
