简单来说，德含认为这位匿名学者宣称伦敦大学/LSE在1984年为了特殊目的违法

必须建立在校方在1984就看出蔡英文未来前途一片光明，极有可能在三十多年后当
上总统，因此违规给予学位是有价值的。
最后还直接说：
“ The Commissioner considers such a proposition to be fanciful at best.”
