1. 虽然我们只是根据新闻向WHO示警，不过WHO不见得有注意到这则(中文)新闻，
所以很显然的我们是有提出警告
2. 有"7"个非典型肺炎症状患者"隔离"医治中
如部长所说的，隔离就是有传染的可能；
另外已经有7个患者，所以非常有可能是人传人肺炎病毒
台湾没有患者，我们也只能根据蒐集到的情资向WHO提供警告
不要忘了李文亮当初也只是在同学群中发布了一条信息
