想问B选项

爬文找到的答案是F 感觉整个题目都很怪
以前的解释是 错在后面应该是n+r-1取r
但这样的话就是组合数了吧？
题目问排列数 我觉得是n^r 前面叙述是对的
后面应该改成指数生成函数 找e^rx 的系数
哪种说法才是解释到b选项false
