拜登将向国会提紧急预算要求 援助以色列乌克兰

（中央社华盛顿19日综合外电报导）美国总统拜登今天发表全国演说时表示，他明天将向
国会提出“紧急预算要求”，“为美国的国家安全需求提供资金，以支持我们的关键伙伴
，包括以色列与乌克兰”。
美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）报导，拜登今天晚间在椭圆形办公室发表演说表示：“这是
一项明智的投资，将为世世代代的美国安全带来效益。”
他说：“这有助我们保护美国军人免受伤害，有助我们为子孙建立更安全、更和平、更繁
荣的世界。”
他称这项预算要求是“对以色列安全前所未见的承诺，将增强以色列的军事质量优势，这

A source familiar with the request told the BBC's US partner CBS News it
would include:
$60bn for Ukraine and replenishing US stockpiles
$14bn for Israel
$10bn for humanitarian efforts
$7bn for the Indo-Pacific region, including Taiwan
$14bn for the US border security
