首先 我们得先分清楚 什么是安全性行为
美国疾病管制局 在关于保险套的开头部分就写到
Consistent and correct use of the male latex condom reduces the risk of
sexually transmitted disease (STD) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)
transmission. However, condom use cannot provide absolute protection against
any STD. The most reliable ways to avoid transmission of STDs are to abstain
from sexual activity, or to be in a long-term mutually monogamous
relationship with an uninfected partner. However, many infected persons may
be unaware of their infection because STDs often are asymptomatic and
unrecognized.
预防性疾病的情况只有两种
1.固定未感染性伴侣 2.禁欲
也就是说 和感染者或多人发生性行为 不可能属于安全性行为
所以这里必须强调件事情 没有所谓的安全性行为
而是政府推广保险套 贯输给人错误的观念
虽然说保险套能降低感染率 但并不是表示是安全的
任何人告诉你 你戴套不会感染的 基本上可以当他是骗炮
