这边的"wonky"应该不是用"奇诡"来翻译
因为这边是说蔡英文喜欢讨论政策, 然后英文有个字是叫做 "policy-wonk"

应该形容算技术幕僚跟政策研究拟定者, 而且对技术细节很有兴趣.
蔡英文本来就是法律跟policy背景的
但是你跟某些人讲蔡英文是policy wonk, 一定会被批评说他是空心只会幻想政策
而不会有任何实际作为经济给他一定崩溃blah blah blah.
