Some people believe that forgiving someone of something - no matter
how much that person hurt you - can be good for your soul, and can
free you from at least some of the pain. But the thought of forgiving

may think of forgiveness as overrated. However, forgiveness is just a
term, and it may not accurately describe what you need to do. You need
to make this person's wrong about them, not about you, and you need to
