请问各位前辈
在下前两天寄了表格给TD想把钱汇回台湾
但TD说签名不符合原始签名
要我再提供以下任一证件

1) A Signature Guarantee stamp (available at any national bank
or financial institution)
OR
2) A TD Ameritrade branch verification stamp, available by
stopping by any of our convenient branch locations around the country (to
find the branch nearest you, go to tdameritrade.com and click the "Find Us"
tab under Client Services)
OR
3) A valid copy of any government-issued ID in your name, such
as a driver?s license. This copy must have a visible signature that can be
used for verification.

若是1的话我该如何跟银行说要申请什么证明有英文签名呢?
若是3的话,名字不都是打好的,有什么证件是有英文签名的呢?
