请问一下
最近看网页都时常会出现The requested URL could not be retrieved错误的问题
例如8591 维基百科等
图

我的电脑系统是WIN 7
网络用中华电信光世代
因为连Battle.Net会出错
所以有挂proxy.hinet.net
以前都没有The requested URL could not be retrieved的问题
前几天连网页突然遇到
原本以为是网页维修就没管他
没想到过了这么多天还是The requested URL could not be retrieved
有试过清除cookie 取消proxy代理都没用
关防火墙也没效
请问有人知道怎么解救吗
