曾经有学生跟我分享他在准备Google的英文面试的时候，
最后面试完面试官问我学生有没有什么问题想问他
结果学生说他当下好像想不到有什么有深度的问题可以问对方
所以底下我来详细整理四种可以问面试官的问题类型：
→ 关于工作细节
→ 关于职务挑战&合适度
→ 关于公司文化&愿景
→ 问面试官在公司的工作经验
有深度的问题跟普通问题都有喔~
1. 关于工作细节
☆ Can you describe the first-year accountabilities for this role and the
metrics you would use to evaluate my performance?
能否描述第一年的工作职责，然后会用怎样的指标来评估我的工作表现？
→ the first-year：第一年的
→ accountabilities：工作职责
→ metrics：指标 (通常是一些评估工作成果的量化数据指标)
→ evaluate 某事/表现/成果：评估某事/表现/成果
☆ Has the salary range/accountabilities been determined for this
position?
这个职缺的薪资范围/工作职责是固定的吗？
→ salary range：薪资范围
→ 某事 be determined：某事被确定/被固定下来
☆ What is the day-to-day routine like for this position?
每天要做的例行性工作是什么？
→ day-to-day routine：每日固定的工作内容
☆ Who will I be reporting to and who will I be working with?
我要报告给谁，然后我会跟谁一起工作？
→ report to 谁：报告给谁
→ work with 谁：跟谁工作
☆ When do you plan to make a hiring decision?
什么时候会做出要不要录取我的决定呢？
→ hiring decision：录取决定
☆ Can you describe the travel requirements?
如果要出差的话，出差的情况/需求会是怎样？
→ travel requirements：
出差的实际状况，需要多频繁出差，一次出差多久等等细节
2. 关于职务挑战&合适度
☆ What are the key challenges of the role?
工作主要挑战是什么？
→ key challenges：主要的挑战
☆ If I were to come to work for you, what can I expect during the first
thirty to sixty days?
如果我来这里工作，一开始一两个月会需要忙些什么？
→ If I were to：(假设性的口气问) 如果我怎样怎样...
☆ Why has this role become available?
为什么这个职缺会空出来？
→ 某职缺 become available：某职缺现在空缺出来 (所以需要新的人选)
☆ What type of opportunities are there for someone in this role, say
three to five years out?
这个工作如果做三到五年后，会有什么其他发展的机会吗？
→ opportunities：这里指的是在公司内有没有其他发展的机会
(eg, 升官，外派，承接更重大专案等等)
3. 关于公司文化&愿景
☆ Can you describe your company culture and how it plays a role in the
success of the company?
你可以讲讲公司文化并且分享为何这样的文化可以让公司变得成功呢？
(OS: 这个问题好高级啊 XD)
→ company culture：公司文化
→ plays a role in 某方面：在某方面扮演了怎样的角色
☆ Where do you see this company in the next five to ten years?
公司未来五到十年大概会往怎样的方向走呢？
→ in the next .. to ..：未来某时间到另一个时间这段期间
☆ What traits would make a candidate successful?
怎样的特质对你们来说是好的职缺候选人特质呢？
→ traits：人格特质、个性
→ candidate：职缺候选人
4. 问面试官在公司的工作经验
☆ What drew you to this team?
你为什么会来现在这个团队呢？
→ drew 谁：把谁吸引过去
☆ What do you find most challenging about working at XXX?
你觉得关于在XXX这个公司工作最挑战的方面是什么呢？
→ What do you find + 形容词 ＋about 某事：
关于某件事你觉得...的方面是什么呢？
→ most challenging：最挑战的
