上高手替我解惑。

我的回应如下：

问题：我第一句是不是不应该这样写，或是giving应该换成lettering 或offering ？
恳请各位帮忙解惑

2022-03-31 16:59:00先不说文法，因为你也不是应征英文老师或翻译。第一段我觉得表达上没有问题，只是如果是我会写成available on Wednesday, March 31, 17:30-18:30.但第二段的please就有点强制对方了I'm looking forward to your reply. Thank you.这样就好，第一段已经表明你的时间，第二段有表明自己期待，这样就可以了
Regards后面也加个逗号吧我的话会写Thank you for the response, I’m available on 日期/月份 between 时间. Please let me know if you would like me to provide more details.Thank you. Regards, 你的名字
