（A) is to turn
(B) is turning
依照参考书的句型（如文章标题）答案应是A
但为何这题答案给B?
请各位高手不吝赐教，谢谢！

根据我的理解， to turn to用于这次/上次/下次等一次性而turning to 是用于"每次"等现在简单式

如果要用to turn to，我会在这种情况下用:Last time William got into trouble, what he did wasto turn to his parents for help.
